Booking
terms.

Contract: A request through this site is not yet a booking. The contract comes into being when we send you a written confirmation, and it is between you and Black Groove Lounge Ltd..
Minimum stay: Two nights, five nights from 20 December to 5 January.
Rates: Quoted per apartment per night in Kenyan Shillings, including breakfast, end-of-stay cleaning, VAT and the tourism levy. USD, EUR and CHF figures are conversions for guidance; the invoice is in KES.
Payment: 30 % on confirmation, the balance 14 days before arrival. M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. Stays booked inside 14 days are paid in full on confirmation.
Cancellation: Free up to 14 days before arrival. From 14 to 2 days we keep the first night. Inside 48 hours or on no-show we keep 50 % of the stay. Moving dates is free once, subject to availability.
Arrival: From 14:00, departure by 10:00. Tell us your flight and we will usually make it work either way at no charge.
House: No smoking indoors. No pets. Music in the lounge stops at 23:00 out of respect for guests upstairs. Damage beyond fair wear is charged at cost.
Liability: We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Guests use the pool, the terraces and the creek at their own risk; children remain the responsibility of the adults with them. Travel insurance is your own affair and we strongly recommend it.
Law: Kenyan law. Place of jurisdiction Kilifi, Kenya, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
