Every bedroom has quiet split-unit air conditioning, and every room has a ceiling fan. The building is designed for cross ventilation, so most guests use the fans and open the doors instead.
Green season (April to June) is 22 % below the shoulder rate, shoulder (March, September to November) is the base rate, high season (January, February, July, August, December) is 20 % above it, and the festive weeks around New Year are 40 % above with a five-night minimum.
