Is this a real-time calendar?+
Yes. Nights that are already taken are hatched out and cannot be picked, the minimum stay is enforced while you select, and the running total updates with every night, guest and extra you add.
Do I pay now?+
No. You send a request, we answer by hand within about four hours between 08:00 and 21:00 East Africa Time, and the confirmation carries a payment link — M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. No card details are ever entered on this site.
Which currency am I charged in?+
Kenyan Shillings. The USD, EUR and CHF figures on this site convert at the day’s rate so you can judge the cost, but the invoice and the payment link are in KES.
What if I need to cancel?+
Free up to 14 days before arrival. Inside 14 days we keep the first night; inside 48 hours we keep 50 % of the stay. Move the dates instead and we will do what we can — a booking made directly with us is a conversation, not a contract with a call centre.
